Track which skills get loaded, how often, and in which sessions:\n\n- Most-used skills list\n- Skills unused in 30+ days (stale)\n- Skills loaded but never completed successfully\n\nData source: parse session transcripts for skill_view tool calls, or add a hook in the skill loading path.
