- SSH target for infra changes — SSH to .134 (Debian Docker VM), not .137 (Pi manager)
- Config file paths on .134 — Caddy/Authelia actual paths differ from Obsidian docs
- Kiro agents adopted — homelab + obsidian agents with MCP servers mirrored to ~/.mcp.json
- Obsidian vault folder structure — Homelab-2026 is active; Homelab-New and Homelab are stale/archived
- Paperless-ngx VM details — Dedicated VM 108 at .108, not on .134; includes AI services
- PlateRunner deployment — VM 103 (.122), /opt/docker/stacks/platerunner/, builds from GitHub source
- Workout-player deployment — VM 101 (.172), tar-over-SSH deploy, docker compose rebuild
- Kiro Gateway token sync — Mac is single auth authority; LaunchAgent syncs SQLite DB to LXCs every 20min; no non-interactive re-auth if expired
